Mladen Ivezic is the second person charged in the killing of Allan Lanteigne, 49, who worked as an office clerk at the University of Toronto and nights as a caterer.

His body was discovered in his Ossington Street apartment in March 2011 after he failed to turn up for work.

Last November, police arrested Lanteigne’s husband Demitry Papasitiriou and charged him with first-degree murder.

Papasitiriou had been in Switzerland studying for a law degree.

At the time police said they were also looking for Ivezic.

A few months later Ivezic, 53, of Mississauga, was arrested in Athens by Greek police.

Ivezic is charged with first-degree murder.
